　　When you give first aid, you must pay attention to three things. First, when a person stops breathing, open his/her mouth and see if there is food at the bulk of his/her mouth. Second, if a person cannot breathe, do you best to start his/her breathing at once, using a mouth to mouth way. Third, if a person is hurt badly, try at once to stop the bleeding. Then take him/her to a doctor. If a person loses one third of his/her blood, he/she may die. Many accidents may happen at home. All parents should know first aid in order to deal with common injuries which may happen to their children. When a person is bitten by an animai, wash the wound with cold running water before he/she is taken to see a doctor. When a person is burnt, wash and cool the area of the skin under the cold tap for a while. Then put a piece of dry clean cloth over the burn. If the person is badly burnt, take him/her to the doctor. 　　在这个晴朗的日子里，我参加了今日建德小记者团组织的活动。来到府东社区二楼大厅，小朋友们都在位子上安静的坐着。今天，老师给我们上课的内容是“急救知识”。

　　在我们的生活中，有时会碰到一些遭遇车祸或心脏病人发病等紧急的意外之事，而急救车不能及时赶到，那么在这等待的时间内可不可以做一些事情呢？带着疑问，我们听着老师的讲解：心脏抢救的黄金时间是4分钟，超过4分钟伤病者的存活率会大大降低。首先，看伤病人是否有无意识，若是无意识要高声呼喊并拨打120，保护伤病者的头部，头部向上平躺再进行心肺复术30下、人工呼吸二次，判断是否有脉膊，反复心肺复术及人工呼吸，直到急救车的到来……我们听得津津有味，同时，也增加了急救方面的知识。

　　老师说，若是遇到真实的情况，又该怎么办呢？为了增加我们的'真实感，于是，老师带领我们来到一个模拟现场，在模拟室内有很多假人，旁边还有各种仪器设备，老师先示范了一次心肺复术及人工呼吸。接下来，我们排好队，一个一个的亲自尝试下，我们个个兴致勃勃，非常认真地做好每一步，几个回合下来，我们很快掌握了急救步骤。心想，这样一来，若是遇上紧急抢救的事，就不会担心啦。

　　这次活动结束了，我们个个收获了急救知识，我相信，如果人人都学会急救知识，社会的伤亡率会大大降低。

　　到我的时候，我的心扑通扑通的跳到了嗓子眼上了，汗水又止不住地往下流。我深呼一口气，按照刚才阿姨教我们的步骤一步一步做。首先，把倒下的“假人”的头扶起，如果它的嘴里有东西，先将东西拿出来，再把头扶正，拍打它的肩膀并大声喊叫它。然后用两指把下巴的骨头往上弄，打开气道。再然后两手交差，在胸口上以“1001，1002，1003”的'频率按压30次，再用口覆膜包住它的嘴，对它做人工呼吸，吹两次气，每次大于1秒，当看到它的胸口起伏后，才算完成急救任务。当阿姨说“恭喜你救活了”的话后，我才放松下来。

　　今天我来到富阳区第一人民医院，听取有关急救知识的讲座。陶妈为我们讲了许多关于急救的事和一些安全防范措施……我们先参观模拟病房，里面有一个不断咳嗽的“病人”。听陶妈说，这是给新来的护士、医生练习的，只有考试通过了才能给真正的'病人去看病。一个个高端机器人就是为了给医护人员不断加强医疗技术而配置的。接着我们又看了许多“受伤”的机器人。最感兴趣的是那个多变机器人，可以模拟各种不同的症状，比如高血压，感冒，风湿关节炎等等。怎么样，很神奇吧!接下来，陶妈给我们示范如何进行心肺复苏。首先要找准连接人体两乳头直线的中心，再十指紧扣，手臂垂直向下压30下后就要向“人体”吹两口气，再继续前面动作。吹气时要捏紧病人鼻子，嘴要包住病人的嘴。按压速度以1分钟90下为宜，按压力度以10千克的力为宜，重则压断肋骨，轻则无效。这速度与力度好难把握，我想只有多练巧练方能成功。从陶妈口中我们还知道：因溺水而进行心肺复苏的顺序是“叫――叫――叫――吹――压”，别的情况要进行心肺复苏顺序。
